Plant Questions
It's good to have a botanist on hand... it's me. I am always happy to geek out over plant questions and problems you have.

On Site Consultaion
You may not know what your options are, or you just want some direction to move forward on your own.
Includes:
-On site visit to discuss all your questions and concerns for your yard.
-Printed basic base map of the property where notes and recommendations will be added.
Digital Consultaion Notes
You loved the consultation, but we talked about so many ideas that you want them digitized and emailed to you, so you have a basic plan to work from.
Includes:
-Digital copy of the basemap sent via email showing the option discussed during the consultation.
-Plant placement, species, and all other elements discussed at the consultation will be shown on the plan.
Small Space Design
Do you have a section of your yard that needs some attention, but you don't need a whole design? Or a partial plan that needs more detail? This plan is for you.

-Clear computer drafted PDF version of the plan
-Planting plan clearly labeled
-General plant care guide PDF
2D Design
You need a full design, but you are confident reading 2D plans and digital copies are good enough for your project. You are not looking for meticulous detail, just enough to get it done.

3D Design

Premium landscape design Package
Premium landscape design $5000
This package ensures that the design you buy is the one that gets built! Experience has shown me that even the most detailed plans need adjustments when installed. I will be there to make sure decisions are made intentionally, towards the objectives of the plan, and don't default to a crew who lack the knowledge and vision of the critical elements.
I want to make sure your landscape is not just installed but done with exactness! Every crew I work with is grateful for my support. They dont have to make the decisions, just do the work.
I will order the plants and make all the necessary substitutions and adjustments in placement as needed.
I can work with any company you choose or help you find the right contractor for your project. I am an independent contractor. I don’t have a monetary incentive to refer you to a specific company, and I don’t make any more money if I design a more expensive plan to build. I want to give you a plan that meets YOUR needs, and I want to see that it comes to fruition.
If you have a complicated or large project this package will save you and all the other contractors time and money. I have had so many clients call me back repeatedly to try and fix something that could have been avoided had I just been managing it. The other scenario (that boils my blood) is when I go back to a landscape I designed, to find that the installation contractor completely changed it. It is one thing for a homeowner to change their mind. It is an entirely different thing to have the contractor come in and do what they want because they will make more money or they don’t want to put the details into it. I have seen this too many times, so I have decided to offer a package, from the get-go, to manage this. Trust me, this will save you money and so many headaches if you are planning to have another company do the installation. I know that was a rant, but now you know my reasons. Call me for horror stories haha.

Add Ons

Hand drawn Color rendering of plan
Beautiful hand colored coppy of your planting plan. It will be either 24x36 or 18x24 depending on the size of your property. This copy will be laminated and ready for use in the landscape on installation day and any time you need a reference of what is planted in your yard.
Plant Sourcing
Includes:
-I will coordinate with local nurseries to order the plants for your installation and make substitutions where necessary.
Customized Plant Care Guide
Includes:
-Detailed instruction on how to care for each plant in your design sent as a PDF
Oversee Plant Installation
Whether you have hired a contractor to do the planting or you are doing it yourself, I can make sure plants are placed according to vision of the plan and make any adjustments that might arise.
Includes:
-On site management of plant installation.
-Teach homeowner or installation crew how to plant the plants for highest survival rate.
